ELECTRICITY
Electricity is all around us, powering technology like our cell phones, computers, lights, soldering irons, and air conditioners, if you think of it...IT IS EVERYWHERE.
What is electricity?
Electricity is a natural phenomenon that occurs throughout nature. Is a form of energy that produces light effects, mechanical, calorific, chemical, etc., and that is due to the separation or movement of the electrons that make up the atoms.
VOLTAGE: It’s the force that moves the electrons in a circuit.
INTENSITY: It’s the number of electrons per second in a circuit
RESISTANCE: It’s the opposition that a material exerts against the moving through it of electrons.
In order to solve a circuit we use the Ohm´s Law is a basic law of electrical circuits. It establishes that the potential difference that we apply between the ends of a given conductor is proportional to the intensity of the current flowing through the conductor.
